Description
Alat ini bukan hanya merupakan CPT machine paling ringan, tetapi juga dapat digunakan sebagai vane shear test machine (VST). Kapasitas gaya penetrasinya adalah 30 kN (3 ton) dengan kedalaman uji hingga 30 m (pada area tanah lunak). Saat melakukan uji CPT, alat ini dapat digunakan dengan probe 10 cm², dan untuk uji CPTu dapat digunakan pore-pressure probe 10 cm².
Mesin ini dioperasikan secara manual, sehingga cocok digunakan pada jenis tanah seperti clay, silt, dan sand. Setelah melalui lebih dari 20 tahun penerapan dan pengembangan, kini alat ini telah ditingkatkan sehingga mampu memberikan performa yang lebih optimal.
Rentang uji vane shear test: 0 ~ 130 kPa.
Konfigurasi kepala Cross Board To Board: 50 × 100 mm (umum) atau 75 × 150 mm, 75 × 100 mm (khusus).
Instrumen data acquisition dan probes perlu dipesan secara terpisah.
Data acquisition system JTY-3C
Static cone penetration test diakui secara internasional sebagai uji lapangan standar untuk mengumpulkan data mengenai daya dukung dan tahanan gesek tanah.
Data Acquisition System JTY-3C merupakan sistem akuisisi baru yang andal. Kokoh, praktis, dan mudah digunakan, JTY-3C tidak memerlukan bantuan PC portabel dan/atau adaptor. Sistem ini dapat dengan mudah dipasang langsung pada mesin di lokasi dan mudah diangkut menggunakan handy case yang tersedia.
Touch-screen monitor yang intuitif dapat dibaca kapan saja dan di mana saja. Data yang terkumpul dapat diunduh ke USB disk.
