Description

Penguji Kekerasan Rockwell Digital NOVOTEST TS-R-C adalah model digital yang dilengkapi layar LCD besar berdesain baru untuk menampilkan struktur menu. Penguji kekerasan Rockwell meja ini memiliki pengaturan hyper terminal RS-232 dengan keandalan yang baik, pengoperasian yang sangat baik, dan tampilan yang mudah.

Uji kekerasan Rockwell menggunakan metode pengukuran kedalaman lekukan. Nilai kekerasan langsung terbaca melalui layar LCD, sehingga penguji kekerasan ini mudah dioperasikan dengan efisiensi tinggi. Penguji kekerasan ini cocok untuk memeriksa suku cadang dalam jumlah besar.

NOVOTEST TS-R-C memungkinkan penggunaan indentor intan dan indentor bola, yang bisa mengukur sampel keras maupun lunak. Oleh karena itu, alat ini telah banyak digunakan dalam produksi untuk menjadi perangkat deteksi terpenting dalam memeriksa kualitas produk dan menentukan teknologi pemrosesan yang tepat

The machine allows user to:

  • select the Rockwell hardness scales type (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, K);
  • recalculate the obtained hardness values into all hardness scales (Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers);
  • record test results under the particular operator;
  • print the results of hardness measurements via built-in printer;
  • automated load/unload system allows user to get measurement results of high accuracy and free of operator faults.
