Properties

Test system consists of a double sided sample holder, load measurement, loading system, servo motor, electronic control unit and dynamic test software in order to create the desired bending effect in the material. It has a suitable rail system for the adaptation of specimens with different lengths by means of a holding device suitable for connecting different materials to the system. This rail system is suitable for samples with a length of between 12mm to 300mm with a diameter of 10-15mm.The loop measurement resolution and the load measurement resolution are class 0.5.

Electronic control unit has 4 channels. It has internal 2, external 2 and 1 RS232-485 channels and is able to control up to 7 sensors. It has 1000 data sampling rate at first (works at 1 kHz). System will be provided with appropriate test software system to perform dynamic applications. The computer software can export the results data in the form of a report, in the form of raw data in excel format, and as a maximum of 1000 copies per second. Graph axes and test results can be changed as user defined, in particular the number of loops corresponding to the load the sample is defeated. The system's save function can be performed in user defined cyclic and repetitive loads (ie a first 10 cycles are saved per 100 cycles). The system is suitable for operation with 220/380 V, 50 Hz.
