Description

ENV200 adalah instrumen ultrasonik yang mengukur kepadatan padatan tersuspensi dalam cairan. ENV200 memanfaatkan algoritma pengukuran EEA (Envelope Energy Average) yang memprofilkan sinyal penerimaan dan kemudian menghitung energinya, alih-alih menggunakan perubahan amplitudo sinyal penerimaan.

ENV200 terdiri dari sebuah controller dan dua jenis sensor, yaitu tipe spool-piece dan clamp-on untuk mengakomodasi semua kebutuhan lapangan pada berbagai instalasi.

Pengukur kepadatan atenuasi ultrasonik konvensional hanya menentukan kepadatan dengan mengubah amplitudo sinyal yang diterima. Berbeda dengan itu, ENV200 mampu mengukur perubahan konsentrasi dengan cara yang lebih canggih dengan mengadopsi metode perata-rataan energi envelope (EEAM) yang telah dipatenkan, yang tidak hanya mengukur amplitudo sinyal yang diterima tetapi juga mengamati bentuk sinyal. Ini mengambil semua energi sebagai envelope dan kemudian mengubahnya menjadi kepadatan.

Controller

The controller analyzes the transmitted/received ultrasonic signals to calculate the density. The screens of controller consist of numeric, echo profile, data, and information screen.
