WIDE APPLICATION

Metode UCI hampir tidak memiliki batasan terhadap ketebalan maupun berat objek uji. Hal ini memungkinkan pengujian pada hardened layers serta produk dengan bentuk yang kompleks (complex-shaped products), menjadikan perangkat ini solusi ideal untuk hampir semua tugas pengukuran kekerasan.

SPECIAL NOZZLE

Tersedia special nozzle dalam paket standar yang membantu pengujian pada permukaan radius serta memastikan akurasi pengukuran pada produk datar. Selain itu, perangkat ini tetap dapat digunakan tanpa nozzle untuk menjangkau area yang sempit atau sulit diakses (hard-to-reach places).

CALIBRATION FOR ANY METAL

Perangkat telah dilengkapi dengan preset calibrations untuk baja, aluminium, dan kuningan. Jika diperlukan, pengguna dapat melakukan calibrate perangkat untuk kombinasi logam-skala apa pun selama sampel material tersedia.

HIGH AUTONOMY

  • The main type of probe for solving most hardness measurement tasks. To carry out the measurement, it is necessary to apply a load of 5 kgf/50N (set automatically by the probe).
  • Medium surface cleanliness requirements.
  • Heat-treated and cemented parts, such as shafts, turbines, gears, teeth, welds, heat affected zones.
  • Measurement in grooves, on teeth, in grooves, on radius surfaces.
  • Measurement on the blades, on the inner surface of the pipes, holes.
10N/1 kgf/2.2 lbf/HV1
  • Probe with reduced load – designed to measure the hardness of products with increased requirements for the size of the print (polished, polished surfaces), to measure the hardness of thin surface hardened layers. For the measurement, a load of 1 kgf/10N must be applied.
