CEMS Mercury/Heavy Metal Emission Monitoring System(Hg)


CEMS provides application gas analysis solution, integrated with Particulate Monitoring Subsystem, TPF Monitoring Subsystem, Gaseous (Pollutant) Monitoring Subsystem, Data Acquisition and Processing Subsystem, covering all the indicators and parameters to meet different customers’ needs. Such systems are extensively installed in industrial boilers, indicators and other emission sources with real-time data uploaded to local authorities.

Mercury analyzer applies cold vapor atomic fluorescence technology (CVAFS), integrated with dilution sampling system to monitor the mercury presence in the stack in various forms. Automatic calibration of mercury check with internal CAL-200 calibration gas generator.

The system is extensively installed after desulfurization facility in coal-fired power plants and other fossil fuel boilers. The sample flue gas will be vaporized and analyzed in the optical cell without enrichment of particles, which gives a better response time. The CVAFS does not requires any adsorption and desorption on gold amalgam, which does not involve any loss of sample contents.
